What is Personal Development?
The focus of our training programs is not 'sport'. It's about developing confidence, respect and resilience. We also help our students learn how to deal with stress and anxiety. Also, as you would expect from a Martial Arts black belt school, we'll teach you practical self defence skills.
Your personal development training begins as soon as you enroll into our Intro Program.
For example, no matter how excited you may be at the prospect of trying out Martial Arts, the reality is that it can be quite daunting walking into the training environment for the first time.
Therefore to succeed, it's important to commit to completing the three classes of the Intro Program.
Then if you enjoy it, you can enroll into our Beginners program with confidence. If not, at least you tried it out and gave it a go.
